MSBC does not provide A/V, postage, shipping, personnel, travel, production, hotel costs for hanging banners or other expenses, which may be associated with this/these events. All displays, exhibits, banners, advertising subject to Hotel and Conference approval. Registrations associated with sponsorship package are not transferrable to individuals outside of shown sponsor. MSBC makes no guarantee of 2020 participation; thus, sponsor agrees and understands that sponsorship fee is based wholly on projected attendance, inherent expense and promotional value.
